How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Lunchstrike Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- How Lunchstrike Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Issues With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each controls its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Lunchstrike Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@lunchstrike.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and the outcome you want
Our Next Steps
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If It Is Still Unresolved
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to assist.
